A Pan-African Leadership Movement

Every boardroom in Africa should include women who lead with authority.

Corporate Women in Leadership is building the network, the pipeline, and the proof โ€” one chapter, one city, one seat at the table at a time.

Founded on a provocation: where are the women?

In 2016, Adeline Sede-Kamga asked why only 5% of Africa's CEOs were women โ€” and built a platform to change the number. CWIL exists to ensure that the next generation of corporate leaders in Africa reflects the full talent pool, not half of it.

What began as a single summit in Douala has become a Pan-African ecosystem of annual conferences, executive retreats, structured mentorship, masterclasses, and corporate breakfasts โ€” each designed to move women from aspiration to appointment.
